Photographs aren't to usual at our club but here we are - a completaly different way to show a fantasy atmosphere - created by ligth, mystery and dark eyes which are keepen a secret of. Maybe this is she who knows all answers?..

Who doesn't believe in many other dimensions? If so you'll have to change your point of view after seeing *Iribel's work. And now you sceptics? Do you now see that our world is completely different than it seems?

A magical world closed for non-believers - this was my impression when I first saw =ahoberer78's work. So much hidden light surrounding a mysterious structure creates an atmosphere that couldn't be forgotten...

I am always amazed when traditional artists manage to create a trully detailed work with a fantasy subject. =youngmoons prooves once again that traditional media (such as pencil) can sometimes be even better to create something so special. Not only computers rule..

Colours, colours and once again colours - this is a true magic that =mumiah73 presents in her work. And the most amazing is how light reflects and plays on every drop of water - totally awesome work on the details!



And in the end a short notice to all interested - I don't bite the fact is and I'm really looking forward to your notes entitled "MAD Feature" - maybe you have a nice new idea how to make this little feature a bit better or have your own favourites? Hope to see them soon enough Next one is for May - can't wait to see all your wonderful works!

I think this will be more fair towards all the members. Besides, this is a wonderful Club, but we're really overworked sometimes. I hope you understand.

MARCH 2009 MAD FEATURE

Let's start today with this work. My first idea was a fairytale by Andersen entitled "Wild Swans" - maybe that was the inspiration for =ForestGirl? With a light palette and balanced composition I think she managed to lead us to a world from our dreams.

I have to admit that I always believe that coming to the light shouldn't end up as a misery. For me light is a symbol of trust and it shows a right way to go. Like =RiNymph says: "(...) everyone should seek to the light, no matter what surrounds you..." Is this the mystery of happiness?

I'm so so SO amazed what an extraordinary little Universe ~Strawberry-N-Vanilla created... The title really suits such a composition and idea. Moreover look at those colours - the dancer is simply glowing during her dance!

Mysteries... Isn't it such an amazing subject? And so many wonderful or weird suggestions can just pop up in your head. ~EliseFineArt shows that maybe a work looking simple but is asks so many questions?... And only a surprised look of dark eyes in answer...

Something magical! Why so many people don't believe in it? I just hope that many of them would think again after seeing a little magic, which could be carried around with them - as a wonderful piece of art created by *OlgaC. So! Do you believe in hidden maic now?..


Just a quick notice - the MADs are not over yet and I still hope that you'll show me YOUR favourites - we all want to see them!!
